Our services are performed with the utmost care and attention to ensure the highest quality results. However, slight variations in colors, materials, and finishes may occur due to the nature of the printing and manufacturing processes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about the product or service you require. Any changes or modifications to an order must be promptly communicated to RA Design Studio.

All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

RA Design Studio accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other forms as specified on our website or agreed upon with the customer.

Returns and Refunds

RA Design Studio strives to achieve customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered product or service, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt, providing detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction.

We will assess each case individually and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns and refunds may be subject to certain conditions, including but not limited to:

The product or service has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed specifications.

The product or service is damaged during shipping, and the damage is reported within 3 business days of receipt.

The customer provides evidence of the discrepancy between the ordered and delivered product or service.

Clothing and Apparel

RA Design Studio offers clothing and apparel items, such as printed t-shirts, hoodies, and hats. Please refer to the size charts provided on our website to ensure accurate sizing before placing an order.

Due to the custom nature of printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that do not fit or meet your expectations in terms of color, design, or style, unless such issues are a result of our error or negligence.

Intellectual Property
